LAB Is Doing It Again

This week the PGA tour is headed to Florida for the Cognizant Classic. With that comes a sneak peek at the new Lab Link 2.1 and 2.2. The face on these looks absolutely unbelievable. I personally really struggle with inserts, and my problem is always too much speed. I love milled faces that feel more dead.
Looks like Lab listened to us, as now both the 2.1 and 2.2 have the most insane milling I have ever seen.

Lab hasn't said much, but it appears the difference between the two models is they did a double wide.

Gear is a company that I haven't heard a bunch about. After some research, it seems like they are actually a 3d biomechanics company that focuses on the golf swing. They then took what they learned and put it into shafts. This partnership allows shafts to be pretty much as close to perfect as possible for LAB. You can read more about the partnership HERE .

Man these look unbelievable. Currently my own putter rotation is a Scotty Cameron Phantom 5S, Lab DF3, as well as an OZ. Lab was nice enough to send me a couple of samples for some events, and the quality truly speaks for itself. I will have to do my own WITB here soon.
